Luxshare-Tech proudly presents at OFC 2022, 800G Active Copper Cable Concept

We are excited to present our 800G Active Copper Cable(ACC) Concept available in both QSFP-DD and OSFP form factors. Our solution is based on our robust Optamax™ bulk cable technology used in our DAC product line.

Pairing our Optamax™ bulk cable technology together with Marvell’s Alaska® A PAM4 DSP family allows us to further extend the length up to 5m.

Our new 800G ACC cable assemblies from Luxshare-Tech are solving real industry challenges in connecting Top of the rack and rack to rack data-centers.

• • 5 meter cable with better than BER<1e-6
• • Molded short strain relief, enabling tigher bends at the die-cast cable exit.
• • Unprecendeted bending radius, maintaining signal integrity.
• • Excellent SI performance during extreme bending (3x cable diameter)
• • Temperature / Humidity: <2% change -40 to 85C, -10C to 75C 85%RH
• • Smaller overall OD, increasing airflow.
• • 360-degree cable shielding in compliance with EMI/EMC test
• • UL CL2 or CM safety rating. This is not possible with conventional constructions using nylon braids.
